Role Overview:
The Test Tool Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining testing tools such as Micro Focus ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) / Tricentis TOSCA / LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) . This role ensures smooth operation, configuration, and integration of these tools within the organization’s testing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain ALM/TOSCA/LRE environments.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions across tools.
Perform tool upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.
Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and other enterprise systems .
Support test teams in tool usage, best practices, and issue resolution.
Monitor system health, performance, and storage utilization .
Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations and processes.
