Role Overview:
The Test Tool Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining testing tools such as Micro Focus ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) / Tricentis TOSCA / Load Runner Enterprise (LRE). This role ensures smooth operation, configuration, and integration of these tools within the organization’s testing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain ALM/TOSCA/LRE environments.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions across tools.
Perform tool upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.
Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and other enterprise systems.
Support test teams in tool usage, best practices, and issue resolution.
Monitor system health, performance, and storage utilization.
Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations and processes.
