The opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you will be accountable & responsible to Prepare test strategy, test plan, test scenario, test scripts based on the project requirements. Define and enforce quality standards, best practices and test methodologies. Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with Stakeholders and communicate testing status, risk, and issues. Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the testing team and with other stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Extensive experience in software testing methodologies and best practice
  • Strong Knowledge in Wealth & Private Banking, Core Banking
  • Strong knowledge in Temenos Transact T24, TAP – Triple A Plus
  • Strong Knowledge in Industry adopted Test Management Tool

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • BE/BTech/MCA/ /
  • 20 - 24 years of Testing experience in Wealth & Private banking, Core banking
  • Must have worked in multiple implementations of Temenos Transact T24 , TAP – Triple A Plus
  • Must have worked in multiple implementations of Transformation and Upgrade engagement

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly
  • Should be ready to do an individual contributor as Test Consultant
