Overview:

The Testing Center Proctor will be assist students, faculty, and staff with the academic accommodation testing needs within the Center for Student Success and the Student Accessability Services (SAS) Testing Center. SAS provides proctoring services for students who are registered with our office and have approved testing accommodations. This position works a set weekday schedule according to the university's academic calendar and Testing Center operation. This is a part-time, not benefit eligible position limited to no more than 950 hours per year and generally no more than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing student exam appointments and sending appointment confirmation emails to instructors and other staff proctors

  • Print, prepare, and manage physical exam materials, as well as sensitive online exam passwords and logistics
