The Accounts Reconciliation and Controls (ARC) program aims to deliver a robust, high-quality testing and assurance capability aligned with business outcome-driven technology changes. The role focuses on embedding quality engineering practices across the full delivery lifecycle, with strong emphasis on SIT, UAT, automation, performance, and resilience testing. The objective is to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions that meet both technology and business expectations.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and execute testing efforts for features and user stories across the ARC platform.
• Design and build test cases in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Execute system testing, SIT, and UAT using an automation first approach.
