Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Trial Planning & Execution

  • Lead and execute vegetable crop testing trials (PCM-1, PCM-2, PCM-3) in assigned geographies.
  • Ensure proper experimental designs, product placement, and segment-specific testing.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect accurate data using digital tools (Velocity, Collect).
  • Conduct quality checks and interpret results to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support analytics, automation, and adoption of new technologies in testing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with breeders, product units, and commercial teams.
  • Coordinate with Plant Pathology, Seed Production, FS, Digital Capability, Marketing & Sales teams.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide Testing Research Assistants (TRAs).
  • Drive process improvement and innovation adoption...
