Testing Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Testing Supervisor to support and oversee basic testing and quality-check activities across internal systems and processes. This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable coordinating with team members. Prior technical experience is not mandatory, as training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise basic testing activities to ensure adherence to established guidelines
• Monitor and verify that testing tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Record detailed test results and observations to support quality assurance
• Facilitate clear communication between testers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Track and follow up on testing issues to ensure timely resolution and task completion
• Prepare and maintain administrative documentation related to testing activities
