TEX Expert -Digital MoMA

Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Analysis Centre (TEX) team, focused on Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and Controlgear products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in products such as Contactor, OverLoad relay, MPCB, Tesys U with a deep understanding of customer applications and technical diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Perform root cause analysis on customer-returned products, primarily LV switchgear and controlgear. Coordinate product returns to the TEX Centre in collaboration with field service teams across geographies. Analyze customer issues using technical drawings, control circuit diagrams, and application logic. Prepare and present detailed technical reports to global teams. Identify customer pain points and provide actionable solutions through technical analysis.
