• Research & Development: Investigate new fibers, materials, and technologies; research industry trends and market needs to identify new opportunities.
• Design & Prototyping: Create textile designs using CAD software; develop prototypes and test for performance, durability, and functionality.
• Process Engineering: Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness; implement lean principles and waste reduction strategies.
• Quality Control: Establish and oversee quality control systems; conduct inspections and analyze test results to meet standards.
• Production Management: Oversee production, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with designers, sales, and production teams; provide technical presentations and write reports for stakeholders.
