- Oversee and establish the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Ensure that the production is cost-effective;
- Estimate labor costs and establish an annual budget
- Establish S.O.P
- Liaise among different departments: General Administration, Inventory control, Purchasing, International Import / Export, Transportation / Trucking
- Implement company policies and goals
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum three years’ experience in sewing production management
- General Administration (Purchasing, Inventory Control, Import/Export
- Transportation) knowledge
- Motivated, self-starter, organized, and effective communicator.
- Must be business-minded and creative, Works well in a team environment
