Role Purpose:
The TGT – Science will play a vital role in shaping young minds by delivering high-quality science education. This position not only impacts student learning but also contributes to the overall mission of our institution by inspiring a new generation of scientists and critical thinkers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct science experiments and practical sessions to enhance theoretical knowledge.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through projects, tests, and assignments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design interdisciplinary projects and curricula.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and training sessions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Education:
B.ED, Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in teaching Science at the school level.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Strong classroom management skills.
