Job Title: TGT Art (Middle School – Grades 5 to 10)
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality Art education across Grades 5 to 10 by nurturing students’ creativity, aesthetic sense, and artistic skills, while leading the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the school’s Art curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines and institutional needs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons for Grades 5 to 10 using diverse mediums and techniques.
- Develop students’ skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, design, and mixed media.
- Integrate art history, contemporary practices, and visual literacy into classroom teaching.
2. Curriculum Development & Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of the Art curriculum across middle and senior school.
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans, projects, and assessments.
