Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist – SaaS | AI Voice Tech for Recruiters

  Location:  Remote or Onsite (Pune, India preferred)

  Shift:  EST Hours (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)

 Role Overview:

We're looking for a GTM Specialist  who can take this revolutionary SaaS product to market. You'll be responsible for sourcing leads , engaging recruitment influencers , and driving demo requests  from staffing firms and corporate recruiting teams across the globe.

 Must-Have Skills:

• Prior GTM experience  at a fast-growing SaaS company
• Proven experience in lead sourcing  and pipeline building
• Ability to work with influencers  to amplify product reach
• Strong skills in demo enablement  and B2B sales coordination
• Understanding of recruitment technology  or HRTech  is a plus

 Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the GTM strategy for JobTalk.AI
• Identify and engage influencers in the recruiting industry
• Source high-potential leads and manage outbound campaigns
• Drive demo requests and assist sales in converting prospects
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize tactics
