Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist – SaaS | AI Voice Tech for Recruiters

  Location: Remote or Onsite (Pune, India preferred)

  Shift: EST Hours (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)

 Role Overview:

We're looking for a GTM Specialist who can take this revolutionary SaaS product to market. You'll be responsible for sourcing leads, engaging recruitment influencers, and driving demo requests from staffing firms and corporate recruiting teams across the globe.

 Must-Have Skills:

• Prior GTM experience at a fast-growing SaaS company
• Proven experience in lead sourcing and pipeline building
• Ability to work with influencers to amplify product reach
• Strong skills in demo enablement and B2B sales coordination
• Understanding of recruitment technology or HRTech is a plus

 Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the GTM strategy for JobTalk.AI
• Identify and engage influencers in the recruiting industry
• Source high-potential leads and manage outbound campaigns
• Drive demo requests and assist sales in converting prospects
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize tactics
