Company Background:

We are representing our client, a well-known F&B group that caters to high-end customers and offers event banquet rentals. They are seeking an experienced Sous Chef (Thai cuisine) to join their team in Sungai Long, Kajang (Hostel provided if needed).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
  • Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
  • Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef / Demi Chef / Commis Chef in a Thai / Japanese kitchen.
