Overview

The Rehabilitation Oncology team at Cancer Care Alberta at the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre is looking for a temporary full-time Therapy Assistant (TA) to join our team. Our interdisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapy (OT), Physiotherapy (PT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Therapy Assistants (TA), and Physiatry. This role supports adults living with cancer in both inpatient units and outpatient rehabilitation services, with potential orientation to outpatients. Typical coverage includes inpatient units such as the Intensive Palliative Care Unit, Medical Oncology/Radiation Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant/Hematology. The position is primarily inpatient unit coverage with Monday to Friday hours from 08:00 to 16:15.
