Thermal Field Service Coordinator

Vertiv is seeking a skilled Thermal Field Service Coordinator to lead field service operations, ensuring installation, repair, and customer support across the Madrid region.

• Lead a team of Customer Engineers and Subcontractors, managing day‑to‑day operations and productivity.
• Ensure timely, professional response to all service calls and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and install base databases, including spare parts and ERP data.
• Drive customer satisfaction, KPI attainment (First‑time fix, PM completion) and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers, HR and Service Operations Manager on staffing, training and sales leads.
• Supervise warranty claim processes, health‑and‑safety audits and “van stock inventory” discipline.
• Provide 24/7 mobile phone and pager support to field engineers and dispatch centers.

• High school diploma in Air Conditioning or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the Air Conditioning or UPS industry.
• Strong leadership, project management, and people coordination skills.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Project, and field automation tools.
• Native Spanish speaker; proficient English.
• Customer‑service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
