The Thermal Processor Operator will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor. Hired applicants will undergo Operator training. Duties will include:



·       Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller. Training will be provided. 
·       Daily maintenance. 
·       Equipment Repair. Technical support will be provided. 
·       Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System (VRS) and Moisture Control adjustments
·       Instrumentation maintenance. Technical support will be provided. 
·       Sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product
·       Monitor Oil/Water Separator (OWS), VRS, Air Chiller unit, Carbon Packs
·       Feed SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor with Cat 307.5 Tracked Excavator
·       Site cleanup and support
·       Boiler Operation. Black Seal Training Provided. 



Qualifications and Education Requirements



·       2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience.
·       Industrial Work experience
·       40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided 



Additional relevant Skills



·       Mechanical maintenance Experience
·       N2 water Treatment License
·       Black Seal Boiler operations license
·       Class B CDL license



Applicant will undergo training.
