Position Overview:

Broadridge is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Admin with 1–2 years of relevant experience in risk management, operations, compliance, or administrative support. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn new systems and tools and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The TPRM Admin plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day third party risk management operations, ensuring business inquiries are addressed efficiently, processes are executed consistently, and service level expectations are met. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
 

TPRM Platform & Tool Support

  • Support administration and daily use of TPRM tools (e.g., ProcessUnity), including data maintenance, workflow tracking, and user support
  • Learn and adapt quickly to system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and dashboards (prior reporting experience is a plus but not required)
  • Inquiry & Request Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for business inquiries related to third party risk management processes
  • Triage, route, and track requests to the appropriate teams
  • Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Process, Documentation & Compliance Support

  • Assist in maintaining alignment with internal policies, standards, and risk management requirements
  • Support documentation of procedures, tracking of key metrics, and preparation for internal or external audits as required
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support efficient and consistent workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, tracking, and communication
  • Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in risk management, operations, compliance, or administrative support (TPRM exposure is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Technology Aptitude: Comfortable working with enterprise systems; ability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Organization & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet SLA-driven deadlines
  • Initiative: Proactive approach to problem solving, ownership, and follow-through
