Thread Roll Setup & Operate

Job Description Job Description Kerr Lakeside Inc., a leading manufacturer of Cold Formed and Precision Turned Parts is seeking a Thread Roll Setup and Operator. First consideration will be given to applicants that have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the setup and operation of flat and cylindrical die thread rolling machines. Will be responsible for running up to four automatic machines at a time. We offer Competitive wages, excellent health/dental benefits, and pension. Selects and installs thread roll dies, pushers and starters. Sets thread dies, feed rails, and part feeding bowls to ensure quality parts. Must comply with all safety regulations. Verifies dimensions of threads with prints and gages. Make adjustments as necessary. Responsible for daily preventive maintenance. Keep Machines and floors clean and organized.
