Position Summary

The Store Associate at The Northern Division Salvation Army Brainerd Thrift Store is responsible for ensuring customers and donors have a positive experience visiting the store. The Associate processes donated goods, stocks merchandise, and assists customers shopping and checking out.

$14.00/hour, 28 hours/week

Essential Functions

Store Associates will be cross trained in all essential functions. The associate may perform a variety of essential functions throughout their shift or be assigned to a few specific essential functions.

  • Create a positive, enjoyable shopping and donation experience for customers and donors.
  • Accurately, efficiently, and quickly operate the cash register.
