Job Description

  • Extensive experience in REST and SOAP APIs to POST, DELETE, PATCH, PUT and GET the details.
  • Experience in working directly with clients to fix issues related to data transfer from one system to other.
  • Deployment of applications in TCI and TIBCO Mashery for Gxp and Non-Gxp systems 
  • Extensive experience in TIBCO Designer to develop and design the business process and in TIBCO Admin.
  • Experience in renewing certificates.
  • Tested the business process in test mode for debugging.
  • Should have good knowledge in completing user access reviews, CAPA and Deviations.
  • Should have good knowledge in completing root cause analysis (RCA), EOI for any Problem tickets (P1,P2) raised via SNOW.
  • Experience in understanding, writing and executing ALM Scripts is a plus.
  • Should be able to perform Deployments through APP Manage.
  • Provide timely support For API Gateway Operations.
  • Debugging the issues using the TCI Flogo app.
  • Worked with TIBCO vendor to fix platform related issues.
  • Worked on proxy agents hosted on AWS using Linux OS to start, stop and to add new connection strings to the agents to allow traffic from Cloud to On-Prem Biogen applications.
  • Knowledge on ActiveBatch process.
