Tibco EBX analyst

• 5+ years of experience in robust Core Java and J2EE skill
• Two years of hands-on experience with tools such as TIBCO EBX, TCI, etc.
• Experience must include defining standardization rules, matching and merging powers, configuring thresholds, configuring events, and integrating data.
• Experience modifying workflows, creating new workflows, etc.
• Knowledge in data modeling (physical and logical), E.R. diagrams, data dictionary, data map, normalize/de-normalize, agile data modeling.
• Leadership skills are needed to successfully promote ideas, coordinate work activities, and plan deliverables within a project team.
• Be able to translate data requirements into business processes and reverse engineer business processes into data requirements.
• This is a hands-on role, and the consultant should work independently with the business and in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL querying (SQL Server/Oracle/Hana - any), preferable knowledge in ETL tools (BODS/SDI, SSIS, others
