Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticket Agent, located in Bengaluru. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket bookings, processing reservations, managing ticket sales, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to travel bookings, and ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- We require a minimum of one year of prior experience in travel or ticketing services for this role.
