The role involves providing
remote technical support
to customers experiencing issues with electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ensuring efficient resolution or proper escalation of technical incidents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Perform first-level diagnostics on EV charging stations
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting related to connectivity, power supply, and usage
  • Guide users through standard procedures and technical checks
