A Day in the Life Each day starts with a 15-minute huddle to discuss the important items for the day such as major ongoing issues, project deadlines, off hours service that was perform, daily metrics, etc. The morning will consist of helping our Tier 1 Technicians get the day off on the right foot. You will assist with any priority escalations and coach up the Tier 1 team on issues.
