  • Provide technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner. 

  • Document solutions, processes, and known issues for efficient troubleshooting. 

  • Collaborate with engineers or external entities for advanced issue resolution.

  • Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required.
