Role Overview

This role acts as the technical escalation bridge between Tier 1 Support and Engineering for the Back in Stock (BIS) and Slidecart apps. You will handle complex theme, frontend, and deliverability issues, ensuring all fixes are safe, documented, and reversible. You will troubleshoot rendering conflicts, app integrations, and email domain issues, while validating systemic bugs and providing Engineering with clear reproduction steps. You will also manage customization boundaries, knowing when requests require higher-level solutions.
