We’re looking for a Tier 3 IT Technician —a seasoned problem-solver who thrives on complex challenges and is passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and future-ready IT solutions.

The Role

As a Tier 3 Technician, you’ll serve as the highest level of technical escalation within our support team. You’ll design, implement, and optimize both cloud and on-premises environments for a diverse client base, while mentoring peers and leading critical infrastructure projects.
