Set up of new claims for a variety of commercial lines coverages as requested by the client, maintaining client’s accounts up to date by adding files into Alliant’s system as needed
*Kemper, Bluefire FNOL, Answer Financial, Scan Health Wellness, Freeway or Aspire**
Responsable for taking calls and process the claim, respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions. Taking the first information for the incident.
