The company focuses on helping everyday creators succeed on TikTok Shop through hands-on coaching, a high-touch academy, brand partnerships, and a talent agency. Their creators are primarily women over 40, many of whom are new to content creation.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear, engaging, and conversion-driven TikTok scripts that help creators feel confident on camera, understand exactly what to say, and produce content that drives sales without sounding overly promotional.
