The Role:
The TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Manager owns the growth, performance, and profitability of our TikTok Shop channel.
You will build and operate our creator and affiliate ecosystem end-to-end: sourcing and activating creators, seeding products, coaching content quality, and driving consistent GMV. This is a performance role with real accountability — including P&L ownership for the TikTok Shop channel.
