Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior TikTok Shop Manager with strong e-commerce experience to lead and scale our TikTok Shop operations as a key revenue channel. This role is responsible for driving 500–3,000+ monthly orders, optimizing the full e-commerce funnel, managing creators and affiliates, and executing high-performing organic and paid TikTok Shop strategies.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, DTC growth, influencer marketing, and TikTok Shop monetization, with a proven ability to scale online sales.

Salary Range

PHP 25,000 – 40,000 (depending on experience) + Incentives

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday - US business hours (preferred)
