Your Role: Mixologist of Memories
As our Bartender, you’re not just pouring drinks—you’re crafting liquid narratives. Imagine shaking a cocktail that tastes like a Hill Country sunset or stirring a margarita that whispers of Vietnamese market adventures. Your shaker is your paintbrush, and every glass is a canvas for connection.

What You’ll Create
+ Signature moments : Invent cocktails that blend Camp Lucy’s ethos (think: prickly pear meets cardamom, or smoked mescal with Texas grapefruit).
+ Guest alchemy : Read a patron’s mood and mix a “Midsummer Night’s Dream” (lavender gin fizz) or a “Hill Country Revival” (jalapeño-infused bourbon smash).
+ Bar as sanctuary : Keep your station gleaming like a jewel box—organized, inviting, and ready for Instagram fame.
+ Collaborative magic : Partner with chefs to pair drinks with dishes (e.g., a tamarind margarita to dance with chili-lime shrimp).
Who You Are
+ A cocktail storyteller with 2+ years in craft bars, speakeasies, or venues where ice is carved, not cubed.
