Role Description:

Responsible for accurately recording and managing the working hours of all employees. This role ensures that all timekeeping and attendance records are properly maintained to support payroll processing compliance with labor regulations and project management. The Timekeeper works closely with Resource Manager to ensure that all labor costs are accurately tracked and time records follow company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

1. Timekeeping and Attendance Management:

  • Record and monitor the working hours of all workers including direct employees subcontractors and labourers on the construction site.
  • Ensure accurate time entries including overtime shift differentials and other adjustments as necessary.
