Job description for Timesheet &Payroll:
- Collect, validate, and approve weekly/bi-weekly timesheets from consultants
- Maintain timesheet records in ATS/VMS and payroll systems
- Follow up with consultants and managers for missing or incorrect submissions
- Process payroll for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants
- Ensure accurate calculation of regular hours, overtime, PTO, holidays, and expenses
- Coordinate payroll cut-off schedules and ensure on-time payroll execution
- Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before final submission
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Maintain documentation for audits (timesheets, approvals, payroll records)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
