Title Closing Supervisor

TitleEase is a fast-growing, national title and closing company redefining the closing experience through innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced Closing Supervisor to lead and support our closing teams as we continue to expand.

Position Overview

The Closing Supervisor oversees a team of Closing Specialists, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient pipeline management, and compliance across all transactions. This role focuses on leadership, workload allocation, escalations, and quality control, while partnering with the Training Department to support onboarding, development, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Closing Specialists
• Manage daily pipelines, workload distribution, and deadlines
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-risk files
• Review and approve closing documents for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to contracts, lender instructions, and regulations
• Partner with Training on onboarding, ongoing education, and process improvements
• Monitor title clearance, lender conditions, and fund disbursements
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend workflow improvements

Qualifications

Required

• Extensive experience in residential title and closing operations
• Prior leadership or senior closer experience
• Strong knowledge of the full closing lifecycle
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with ResWare and/or Qualia
• Multi-state closing experience
