As a Title Curative Analyst , you'll be the legal team's secret weapon—untangling complex title issues, correcting records, and paving the way for clean, compliant property transfers. Title Curative Analyst Addison, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $20 to $26/hour (BOE) • Full-time, W2 • Monday–Friday schedule ROLE IMPACT The Curative Analyst supports the foreclosure process by identifying and resolving title defects to ensure properties are legally clear for sale or transfer. This role partners closely with attorneys and title professionals to analyze legal documents, correct ownership issues, and maintain compliance with foreclosure laws and investor requirements. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to resolve curative issues efficiently while supporting the legal team’s workflow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review and analyze title reports to identify liens, ownership discrepancies, and other title defects • Perform curative actions including obtaining releases, correcting deeds, and clearing encumbrances • Prepare and review foreclosure-related legal documents such as deeds of trust, assignments, and affidavits • Communicate professionally with attorneys, title companies, and internal departments to resolve title issues • Draft clear correspondence and curative requests to ensure timely case resolution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of experience in title review, real estate law, or foreclosure operations • Knowledge of foreclosure processes (judicial and non-judicial) and related regulations (FDCPA, CFPB) • Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail • Proficiency in foreclosure case management systems and document imaging tools CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Foreclosure and title management software • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Document imaging and legal workflow platforms • County record systems and lien databases PREFERRED SKILLS • Background in real estate law, title curative work, or mortgage servicing • Experience supporting attorneys or paralegal teams in foreclosure or title operations • Ability to manage multiple cases under strict deadlines By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
