Job Summary

Position holder shall be responsible for ensuring completion of all the tasks assigned by the supervisor within the stipulated turnaround time meeting the said quality standards, also should be adhering to all the set company policies.

Competencies:

  • Creating various Color-Coded maps for Customers, Title Officers and Examiners using specialized applications. Performing basic Assembly & Imaging activities and collating information with guidance using these tools
  • State specific procedures to ensure compliance to the legal and contractual obligations. Scanning process. Standard naming conventions Delivering the maps and documents via various delivery methods based on the customer's preference. Extracting and scanning documents in the Title reports into the document repository
  • Different types of maps provided for the city and/ or county for recording of the property. Rules and regulations of each state to understand the mapping difference. Plotting using DeedPlotter along with basic mathematical knowledge to accurately identify the coordinates
  • Identify the documents required to collate for the post-production process. Collect data, organize the data and aggregate the exception information, title report documents, maps, etc. from various sources
  • Reading and interpreting information related to maps such as geometrical data, rules and regulations, different types of maps etc.

  Technical Skills:

  • Application such as FAST, Eagle Pro, Eagle Search Product, ArcGis/ICO Maps and Deed Plotter, etc.
  • Search tools such as Data Tree, Data Trace, RDRI, Title Scan, etc.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 13 years of formal education – Graduate.

Professional work experience of 0 to 2 year
