Title Examiner

We are looking for a Licensed Title Officer / Senior Title Examiner with 5–10 years of experience in title examination and real estate research. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to independently handle complex files. You’ll verify ownership, uncover and resolve encumbrances, and prepare accurate, insurable title commitments while serving as a key resource for clients and internal partners.

What You’ll Do

Title Search & Examination

  • Perform advanced searches, including vesting, 24-month chains, and full ownership history.
  • Review stranger-to-stranger transactions and complex conveyances.
  • Research Greenbelt/Farm status, service district documents, plats, easements, CC&Rs, and patents.
  • Identify and analyze liens, deeds of trust, HOA liens, mechanic’s liens, judgments, and bankruptcies.
