Full Stack Developer — Crew Scheduling Web App for Construction Company (React + Node + AI)
We are a concrete & excavation company in Colorado looking for a full-stack developer to take a working React prototype and deploy it as a multi-user web application with AI-powered scheduling suggestions.
WHAT WE HAVE:
A complete, working single-file HTML/React prototype (provided) with drag-and-drop task scheduling, crew assignment, daily crew sheet generation, and task import from spreadsheet data.
Clear business requirements and a full spec document describing every feature, data model, and user flow.
An existing Excel-based MH (man-hour) calculator that produces task lists with budgeted hours, categories, and crew sizes.
WHAT WE NEED BUILT:
Phase 1 — Deploy Multi-User App
Convert the prototype to a hosted web application with a real database (Supabase, Firebase, or similar).
Add simple user authentication (3 users: owner + 2 supervisors). No complex role system ne...
