Job Title: Full Owner Search Senior Team Member

Experience Required: 1+ years of experience in US Title Search experience on FOS/COS.

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Title Insurance professional with expertise in FOS (Full Owner Search) or Current owner search (COS) for Florida, California, or Nationwide. The role involves performing detailed property title searches, validating legal documents, and ensuring accurate reporting using industry-standard tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform COS, TOS, and FOS for Florida, California, or Nationwide states.
• Review and validate deeds, security deeds, judgments, liens, and legal descriptions.
• Conduct county and city tax searches.
• Interpret metes & bounds and other legal property descriptions.
• Review probate and civil records for accuracy.
• Utilize platforms such as Data Trace, Data Tree, and Netronline to complete searches.
• Maintain high accuracy levels and meet client delivery timelines.
• Experience with Integrity and TDI platforms will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 2+years of experience in US Title Search experience on FOS (Full owner search) or COS
• Proficient in FOS or COS searches ( Florida, California, or Nationwide ).
• Skilled in interpreting deeds, liens, judgments, legal descriptions, and taxes (county/city).
• Hands-on experience with Data Trace, Data Tree, and Netronline.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Flexible with shift timings.
