I. Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy, the Senior Manager, Philanthropy will develop and execute tailored strategies to secure 6- and 7-figure philanthropic gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations. This role manages a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and institutional funders, cultivating relationships to maximize engagement and long-term impact. The position requires exceptional skills as a communicator and partnership builder, with proven ability to deliver on ambitious targets.

II. Essential Functions

• Develop and execute tailored strategies to secure 5- and 6- figure philanthropic gifts, primarily focused on individuals and foundations.
• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, cultivating relationships to maximize engagement and long-term impact.
