· Strong technical skills in IBM Planning Analytics, including data modeling, cube design, and ETL processes.

· Experience with related technologies, such as databases and data integration tools.

IBM Planning Analytics certification

· Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.

· Continuously monitor and improve support processes to ensure that they are meeting customer needs.
