  • Achieve growth and the sales targets every month by successfully managing a sales team.
  • Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members, with the objective to build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships, thereby building and increasing the potential referral business of the sales team.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong business sense and timeshare industry experience required for a minimum 1 year.
  • Reporting To - Branch Manager/ Regional Manager
  • Candidate Profile required

  • Education – Graduate
  • Required Language proficiency is a must as per the region and not education.
  • Years of Experience

    5 Years, Min 3 years’ experience in Direct sales - B2C
