Job Summary:

These entry-level roles are designed for aspiring maritime professionals to gain comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience necessary to become qualified officers in the Merchant Navy. Under the direct supervision of senior officers, Trainee Marine Engineers will focus on the operation and maintenance of ship machinery, while Deck Cadets will concentrate on navigation, deck operations, and cargo handling.
