  • A digital response-based lead handling experience is preferable.
  • Make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone.
  • Call potential customers to convince them to purchase the company’s products and services.
  • Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
  • Ability to follow the tele-calling script.
  • Accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the format specified.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge or proficient in mobile applications.
  • Reporting To - Telemarketing Supervisor
  • Candidate Profile required

  • Education – Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
  • Required Language proficiency is a must as per the region and not education.
