A digital response-based lead handling experience is preferable. Make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone. Call potential customers to convince them to purchase the company’s products and services. Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team. Ability to follow the tele-calling script. Accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the format specified. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer knowledge or proficient in mobile applications. Reporting To - Telemarketing Supervisor Candidate Profile required
Education – Higher Secondary (12th Pass) Required Language proficiency is a must as per the region and not education. Years of Experience
