We Offer
As the TMS Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate training logistics for the TMS client workforce in alignment with the clients training matrix. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of organizing and upholding the training needs of TMS client employees, which includes booking courses, scheduling training sessions, and acquiring and distributing certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and booking of courses in-house and with trusted partners.
Proactively monitoring and managing training needs.
Identifying and communicating with suitable vendors.
Update and maintain the relevant learning management system.
Manage status of bookings, ensuring that any changes are captured accordingly.
Notify employees of any changes.
Adhere to Departmental and Client processes.
