What You’ll Do:




  • Plan engaging educational activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning®

  • Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for children

  • Maintain a welcoming classroom environment

  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments

  • Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies

  • Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement

We’re Looking For:




  • Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators

  • Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required)

  • Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare

  • Flexibility and passion for teaching young children

  • Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
