Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
" 6-10 years of hands-on experience in concept and product design of welding fixtures, Drill Jig, Lifting Fixture and Access platform using SolidWorks CAD Tool
" Ability to review concept design and provide solutions for welding fixture design and transportation pallets.
" Ability to review manufacturing drawings and quality checks of the team.
" Strong hands-on experience with Solid works CAD software tools
" Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating, and clamping principles for tooling.
" Good knowledge in GD&T, Limit Fit & Tolerances
" Knowledge and a good understanding of Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol & manufacturing processes.
" Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints.
" Experience in handling large fabrication, assembly, and tolerance stack analysis.
" Good communication and ability to execute projects independently.
" Exposure of welding structure Jigs and fixture proving process.
" Coordination for Fixture proving at the supplier's place and in the production shop floor.
" Experience in handling large fabrication, assembly, and tolerance stack analysis.
" Good communication and ability to execute projects independently.
